Payment, cancellation & terms

GTA not liable for delays/changes/cancellations; will substitute a same-category hotel if unavoidable; does not provide travel insurance; travelers solely responsible for mishaps, theft, loss, injuries, or illegal activities (including banned substances); misbehavior may result in trip cancellation by the trip manager; GTA reserves the right to photograph participants for promotional purposes (opt out by informing the tour leader/company at the start of the trip).
